Answers before you start.
How do I cancel?
From My account → Manage subscription, or in the app under Accounts → Subscription. You keep the plan until the end of the period already paid.
What happens if a payment fails?
You keep the plan for up to 7 days while Stripe retries the charge. After that, the account goes back to Free.
Can I get a refund?
If you are not happy with your first payment, write to us within 14 days and we will refund it in full. See the terms.
Who processes the payment?
Stripe, on its own secure page. SynVox Nova never sees or stores your card details.
