I can’t hear the output
In “Voice and output”, check that the output of the converted voice is the right device. Turn on “Monitor output” to hear it in your headphones while you speak (also on Free).
If you want another application (for example, a calling app) to hear your transformed voice, choose a virtual audio cable as the output and, in that application, the same cable as the microphone.
Check that your ElevenLabs key is still valid and that you have credits left: without them there is no transformed voice.
Which accounts I need
Google: to sign in to SynVox Nova. It is the same account in the app and on this website.
ElevenLabs: create an account, generate an API key and paste it in the app, under Accounts. You pay ElevenLabs for its credits.
DeepL: only for Voice Translate. Create a DeepL API key and add it under Accounts.
Keys are stored encrypted on your computer and are never sent to SynVox Nova.
License and payments
The paid plan costs US$7.99 a month. You subscribe on this website or in the app, with the same Google account.
In My account you see your plan status, open the Stripe portal to change your card or download receipts, and can cancel.
If you just paid and the app still says Free, press “Refresh” in Accounts → Subscription.
Install and update
Download the installer from the download page and open it. It installs for your user only.
Windows SmartScreen may warn you because the installer is not signed yet. Make sure you downloaded it from synvoxnova.com.
To update, download the new version from the download page and install it. What is new in each version is published in the community.
What happens to my voice
Your audio goes from your computer to ElevenLabs, and text to DeepL when translating, with your own keys.
SynVox Nova’s servers never receive your audio, transcripts or translations.
